Seems to be the year I have started to come out of my shell and value my happiness and wellbeing a lot more. I am becoming more confident and it really does all start with self love. Love yourself enough to say no to those that wrong you, stand for what you will accept. Love yourself enough to know that you can do better in aspects of your life and work on what you need to work on to get to where you want to be!
